Wang Huanbin, 63 years old this year, is the deputy production manager of Rongcheng Subsidiary Food Co., Ltd. He has worked in the field of agricultural product processing in other places for many years. In the peanut processing workshop of Rongcheng Subsidiary Food Co., Ltd., the automated production line is running efficiently. The deputy production manager Wang Huanbin and his colleagues are carefully inspecting a batch of peanut products that are about to leave the factory. The automated production line in front of them can accurately remove peanuts that are not full on the conveyor belt, and its introduction and production were led by Wang Huanbin.
Since returning to Rongcheng, Wang Huanbin has been working hand in hand with his team members to carry out product quality management, equipment renovation and updating under the support of a series of talent recruitment policies by the government. Therefore, Wang Huanbin adjusted and optimized the production equipment based on the introduction of automated production lines, combined with the small size and light weight of peanut products, and doubled the production efficiency. The labor consumption was only one-third of the original, and the annual processing of peanuts and peanut products reached more than 10000 tons.
